In other news, the State of Washington is considering enacting Same Sex Marriage in the State.   Last week the Washington State Senate voted to approve Same Sex Marriage.   This legislation now goes to the lower House, then to the Governor who has vowed to sign it. 

Well known Washington coffee retailer Starbucks has come out in support of this gay marriage bill.]]></content:encoded>
