The Jerusalem Post reports: ”The UN Security Council will meet on Monday to discuss the Palestinian application for membership in the United Nations,” Lebanon’s UN ambassador said.
“I circulated the letter (Palestinian application) to all members of the Security Council and I called for consultations in light of this letter on Monday at 3 in the afternoon (1900 GMT),” Ambassador Nawaf Salam told reporters on Friday.
[Palestinian Authority President] Abbas called on the nations of the world to vote for the recognition of Palestine and urged the UN Security council to expedite their decision.
“I say to the Israelis, come to peace,” Abbas said during the speech, reiterating his position that the statehood bid should not be an impediment to the peace process.”
The future of Jerusalem depends on a United States veto Monday, and the pro-Muslim President Barack Husein Obama holds power to either veto, or abstain. Now is time to pray for our President. As much as I’ve disagreed with him in the past, Obama needs our prayers right now, that the devil will not tempt him to do evil.
Let us pray. ”Almighty God, we pray for the State of Israel, for whom You made a covenant with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Joshua, and our Lord Jesus Christ, to watch over and keep, to protect, and someday redeem for yourself, not only with their own land, but with eternal salvation. Keep them safe now, and let nobody on this earth, not the Muslims, not the United Nations, and not even the President of the United States, violate their rights and ownership of Jerusalem, and all the territory west of the Jordan river. From Joel 3:2, we pray God ‘will enter into judgment with them there on behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; and they have divided up My land,’ in Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Folks, this is an urgent time to pray for Israel, and for the peace of Jerusalem. We cannot fail in our duty to pray, right now. Many have great confidence in our President’s willingness to protect Israel, but I do not. I depend entirely on God alone, to keep His word. And regardless, it is now time for the U.S. Congress to de-fund the UN and the Palestinian Authority, as is now required by U.S. law, since Abbas has abrogated the 1993 Oslo peace accords by seeking independence unilaterally. Let’s remind Congress to keep their word.

“Resolved: That the House of Representatives…reaffirms the United States statutory requirement precluding assistance to a Palestinian Authority that includes Hamas unless that Authority and all its ministers publicly accept Israel’s right to exist and all prior agreements and understandings with the United States and Israel.”
In other words, American federal law already prohibits our tax-funding the Palestinian Authority at all, if they violate the 1993 Oslo Accords, and join the Hamas terrorists to seek independence illegally, which they have now done at the UN. American law requires defunding Palestinians, now that they have violated the 1993 Oslo Accords. Know any lawyers willing to sue and stop that funding of the Hamas-P.A. abrogators? Call them.

Israel military preparing for Muslim violence after UN vote
Following is a breaking news report from CBN, from their reporter on the scene at an Israeli border crossing:
“THE KALANDIYA CHECKPOINT, Israel, September 22, 2011 — Israeli security forces are preparing for possible violence after the Palestinian Authority makes its bid for statehood at the United Nations on Friday.
“The situation in Israel is quiet now, but tense. Security services are on high alert. They’re preparing for every kind of scenario — anything from small, local disturbances to large-scale rioting.
“They’re particularly concerned about what might happen in Jerusalem, the northern border, and also the border with Egypt — any potential flash points between Israelis and Palestinian Arabs.
“One scenario is the possibility of large numbers of Palestinians heading toward checkpoints or Israeli areas, maybe not even violent but the sheer numbers forcing a confrontation with Israeli security forces or civilians.
“That’s one scenario officials want to avoid.
“Israeli security forces say if Palestinians keep their demonstrations in their own areas, they won’t bother them at all.
“Wednesday in Ramallah, a very large demonstration took place in support of Palestinian statehood. One demonstrator tried to burn an American flag, but he was quickly convinced to take it down and put out the flames.
“At this point, the Palestinians are trying to present a different image to the world.
“Still there was some rioting at the Kalandiya checkpoint. Israeli forces had to use tear gas to disperse the crowds. Rock throwing also happened in several places, including along the highways.
“Israel is preparing to quell any type of violence, not just for the days ahead, but also for the next few weeks when the country celebrates the fall holidays.” Watch full video here.

Obama’s speech to UN: ”USA supports Palestinian State” but no mention of veto
The White House spokesman equivocated Thursday, telling the press what President Obama still refuses to say publicly, and never said in his speech to the UN Wednesday that “we would have to oppose any action at the UN Security Council including, if necessary, vetoing,” a bid by the Palestinian Authority for full voting-member status, said Ben Rhodes, the White House national security council spokesman, after Obama met P.A. President Mahmoud Abbas in New York.
If necessary? How about “we will veto no matter what!” Yet because YOU helped apply political pressure on the U.S. Congress, we finally got the first public statement using the word “veto” by anybody who actually works for Obama (yet not by Obama himself), so we remain concerned that Muslim violence will still erupt against Israel in the coming weeks and months. We hereby insist the President keep the promise made by his spokesman, to veto Palestinian Statehood immediately, until they properly negotiate with Israel.
Obama never mentioned the word “veto” in his speech to the UN, saying instead: “One year ago, I stood at this podium and I called for an independent Palestine. I believed then, and I believe now, that the Palestinian people deserve a state of their own. … Faced with [a] stalemate, I put forward a new basis for negotiations in May of this year. That basis is clear [the pre-1967 borders]. It’s well known to all of us here…Palestinians deserve to know the territorial basis of their state…”
 “Ultimately, it is the Israelis and the Palestinians — not us –- who must reach agreement on the issues that divide them: on borders and on security, on refugees and Jerusalem… [More proof Obama wants a divided Jerusalem.]

From this speech, it is clear that Obama wants a two-state solution, an independent Palestine, and a divided Jerusalem.  Good news: After receiving your faxes to defend Israel, another courageous Tea Party Republican, Congressman Joe Walsh (R-IL, pictured right), who said: ”There is no such thing as a two-state solution, and no such thing as land for peace. The ultimate peace is going to come through annexation, through Israel having sovereignty over the whole land, from the Mediterranean to Jordan,” Walsh told the Washington Jewish Week.
“My hope is that this will help buck up Israel,” Walsh said. “We’re not going to get peace until the other side realizes that they’re dealing with strength, that Israel and the U.S. are not going to back down.”
–President Obama blamed Israel for the coming Muslim violence in Palestine after the vote, saying Israel would ‘hurt itself’ if it withdraws resources that in any way harmed the PA’s self-policing efforts. [Are you kidding? So if Israel doesn't fork over money, the Muslims won't be able to control their own violence, so it's Israel's fault? Only the pro-Muslim Obama could spin that crazy logic.]

–Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman warned Wednesday there will be “harsh and grave consequences” if the Palestinians persist with their plan to seek UN membership as a state. He says Palestinians are planning an “unprecedented bloodbath” after the UN move, and PM Netanyahu is meeting with Defense Minister Ehud Barak to prepare for war.

Israeli General: “All-out War” coming from “Radical Islamic Winter” to kill Jews.
A top Israeli Army officer predicted “all-out war” will be initiated by Muslims from Egypt, Turkey, and Iran next month, after the U.N. vote to seize Jerusalem on 20 Sept.
“Recent revolutions in the Arab world and the deteriorating ties with Turkey are raising the likelihood of a regional war in the Middle East, IDF Home Front Command Chief, Major General Eyal Eisenberg warned Monday,” reports Ynet News and Joel Rosenberg. “‘It looks like the Arab Spring, but it can also be a radical Islamic winter,’ he said in a speech at the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv.”
“‘This leads us to the conclusion that through a long-term process, the likelihood of an all-out war is increasingly growing,’ the IDF general said. ‘Iran has not abandoned its nuclear program. The opposite it true; it continues full steam ahead,’ he said. ‘In Egypt, the army is collapsing under the burden of regular security operations…’”
“Referring to what he characterized as the possibility of a ‘radical Islamic winter,’ Major-General Eisenberg said: ‘This raises the likelihood of an all-out, total war, with the possibility of weapons of mass destruction being used.’”
Meanwhile the Obama Administration has failed in their half-hearted efforts to persuade Palestinian President Abbas to stop seeking a UN vote. ”We have exhausted all opportunities so we have to go to the U.N.,” Abbas said.
China has announced it will support seizing Jerusalem from Israel for an Independent Palestine, and Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair is negotiating to delay the UN vote.
Bottom line: Our U.S. Congress could still de-fund the UN if they seize Jerusalem. Let’s take action to stop the “Radical Islamic Winter” and all-out war to kill Jews…

PALESTINIANS RAISING ANGRY MOB
Palestinians refuse to return to the negotiating table, instead pushing forward with plans to ask the United Nations to recognize their independence in September, a move that could lead to war. Salam Fayyad, the Prime Minister of the Palestinian authority, warned that his own President Mahmoud Abbas is raising public expectations for independence, which the UN vote cannot grant. ”The truth is the day after the vote will the same as the day before,” he complained that Abbas is deceiving the Palestinian people into expecting independence that the UN cannot grant. The angry mob is rising.
Polls confirm Abbas is deceiving his own people. A reporter in Haifa Israel quoted a recent survey of Palestinians that “the public supports the September process,” but “the minute the leadership returns from New York, Palestinian youths expect them to begin exercising absolute sovereignty.”
Palestinian PM Fayyad admitted President Abbas is deceiving the public. All of the public discussion “is based on a false premise. What I find objectionable is that this has not been explained to the Palestinian people,” Fayyad said.
Jews in Israel fear the crisis coming in September. The reporter in Haifa Israel said “Around here, everyone is deeply concerned about September. In fact, that’s just about the only thing anyone is talking about.”
The bottom line: War is coming. Abbas will force a UN vote, which Obama may not veto, but even if we do veto, Palestinians are raising an army (see below), and their civilian angry mobs will soon declare independence, because Abbas has lied to them, claiming the UN vote will grant independence, when it cannot. Hoards of angry young Palestinians will not understand the limits of the UN vote, and will take to the streets in violence, calling for Israel’s and America’s destruction. Israel gives land, but gets no peace. And our U.S. Congress has not demanded the UN stop their vote.

PALESTINIANS GROWING SIZE OF ILLEGAL MILITARY
“The Palestinian Authority (PA) is quietly and illegally increasing the size of its military, in preparation to fight Israel for control of Jerusalem in September, when the United Nations (UN) may recognize Palestine’s independence and seize Jerusalem without Israeli permission. IsraelNationalNews.com reports the PA Army has exceeded its legal size limit by 25%, but plans to grow their Army even more:
“Sources inside the PA, [told reporters] senior PA security personnel have expressed concern that its 41,000 strong paramilitary force – some 11,000 stronger than [the 30,000] the Oslo Accords allow – is not up to the task of confronting the IDF [Israeli Defense Force] in Judea and Samaria should Israel, as seems inevitable, dispute any unilateral PA claims [of independence].” So the PA complains the need even more troops to fight Israel, and may rely upon Syria and Iran when war is declared on Israel.
PA “leadership has lost faith in peace talks which is why they are approaching the matter through the UN,” said Bassam Al Salehi, the Secretary General of the Palestinian People’s Party. ”So far we have secured the approval of about 120 states from around the world to endorse an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borderline,” he added. “States which recognise each other, draw and fix their borders,” Salehi said .
The United Nations Security Council is debating this week whether to seize Jerusalem from Israel and declare Palestine is an independent state, which the Obama Administration may not veto as expected, as P.A. President Abbas said last month on Lebanese TV: “President Obama says he wants to see an independent Palestinian state by September.”

CONGRESSMAN LEADS CHARGE TO DEFEND ISRAEL
One pro-Israel U.S. Congressman has introduced a brand new law to de-fund the United Nations if they dare to seize Israeli land, or if President Obama fails to veto any Palestinian land-grab of Jerusalem without permission from Israel.
 Pro-Israel Congressman Steve Chabot (R-OH, pictured right–>) who chairs the Subcommittee for mid-East relations, introduced H.Res 297, which says the United States should withhold “contributions to the regularly assessed biennial budget of the United Nations … if the General Assembly adopts a resolution in favor of recognizing a state of Palestine outside of or prior to a final status agreement negotiated between, and acceptable to, the State of Israel and the Palestinians.”
The Washington Times confirms the U.N. plans an illegal vote to unilaterally recognize Palestine in September. ”A unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood would be an illegal act that would violate the letter and the spirit of U.N. Security Council Resolutions 242 (1967) and 338 (1973). Those binding resolutions called for a negotiated settlement of the dispute with Israel with ‘secure and recognized boundaries.’”
The Times also reports America supplies 22 percent of the U.N. budget, so de-funding would get their attention. ”The United States cannot prevent this ill-advised move – it circumvents America’s Security Council veto by design – but U.S. leaders can let it be known that the U.N. would incur more than just a political cost.” The United Jersualem Foundation warns: ”A unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood by the United Nations General Assembly would cause incalculable harm to peace and stability in the Middle East.”

Christian Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ), pictured right, was asked by liberal blogger Scott Keyes concerning Obama’s and Holder’s failure to defend DOMA, “I know Newt Gingrich came out and said if they don’t reverse course here, we ought to be talking about possibly impeaching either Attorney General Holder or even President Obama to try to get them to reverse course. Do you think that is something you would support?” To this question Franks replied, “If it could gain the collective support, absolutely.”
Cantor then rebuked Obama for lawlessness. ”I’ve never been around when a president decided not to defend a law on the books and to me it is contrary to the sense that we are a nation of laws,” he said. “There is a process by which this country reviews its laws.”

Say what? Because my prayers in Jesus name were not said in the proper “context,” they were properly punished, the Navy judge ruled to punish the chaplain.
